Maintenance Director
to protect our residents and team while creating a space everyone loves calling home. You'll report directly to the Executive Director and own everything from emergency fixes to big‑picture upkeep.

What You'll Love About This Role
Dive in daily with hands‑on repairs, maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, snow removal, and safety upgrades
Lead and develop your own housekeeping team
Oversee vendors and make sure every job is done right and on time
Use your carpentry, painting, and equipment skills to keep our community looking and feeling amazing
Enjoy the satisfaction of knowing your work directly protects and delights our residents
What You Bring
2+ years hands‑on facilities maintenance experience (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC)
High School diploma or GED
Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and personal vehicle
Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and working flexible hours
Bonus: Certifications in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing
