Job Summary Job Summary:
As
Director of Dining Services , you oversee day‑to‑day operations for a dining account, manage and lead a team of associates, handle client relations, and ensure the food quality meets customer expectations. You also manage budgeting, oversee P&A, and roll out new culinary programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain excellent relationships with customers, guests, and other departments
Collaborate with the Chef and management to create menus and deliver top‑quality food
Oversee all P&L and budgeting for the account
Implement new culinary programs
Preferred Qualifications:
BS in Hospitality or Culinary arts preferred
3‑5 years of foodservice operations experience
Experience managing high volume production and catering
Previous budget management experience
A desire to grow within a leading foodservice company
