
Investor Relations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Investor Relations Coordinator to join a dynamic Investor Relations (IR) team at a leading publicly traded company.
The IR team serves as a critical bridge between the company and the investment community—ensuring investors, shareholders, and analysts have a clear, accurate, and consistent understanding of financial performance and long-term strategy. This team plays a key role in shaping the company’s strategic narrative, maintaining relationships with analysts and investors, and creating a feedback loop that influences business direction.
This role offers a unique vantage point into corporate strategy and executive-level communication with the global financial community.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for a high-volume IR inbox
Triage incoming inquiries from analysts and investors
Route requests to appropriate team members and maintain a real-time tracking system to ensure timely responses
Calendar & Schedule Optimization
Manage a complex, high-visibility team calendar
Coordinate scheduling for critical meetings tied to quarterly earnings, investor events, and key milestones
Partner cross-functionally to ensure alignment and efficiency
Investor Meeting & Site Visit Coordination
Lead logistics for on-site investor meetings and group visits
Coordinate room bookings, catering, security access, and overall experience
Ensure all interactions are executed professionally and seamlessly
Database & CRM Management
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records following investor meetings and events
Event Logistics & Execution
Support planning and execution of large-scale investor events
Coordinate scheduling, travel, materials, and technical logistics to ensure successful delivery

2+ years in project coordination, executive administration, event planning, or similar operational roles
Experience in finance or investor relations is a plus
Technical Skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook (email and calendar)
Experience with Google Workspace (Calendar, Sheets, Docs)
