About the Role: We’re hiring a Content Writer to work directly with the founder.
This is not a traditional content role.
You’re not writing blog posts or managing a calendar.
You’re helping shape and scale a founder’s voice.
You’ll take raw thoughts, conversations, and real company moments — and turn them into high‑performing content.
Your job is simple: Capture, refine, and distribute ideas at speed.
Main Job Responsibilities: Work directly with the founder
Shadow day‑to‑day conversations, meetings, and ideas
Capture insights in real time
Turn raw thinking into clear, structured content
Write high‑performing short‑form content
Twitter (X) and LinkedIn posts
Strong hooks, clean structure, conversational tone
Optimize for clarity, engagement, and shareability
Own long‑form and distribution
Run a weekly newsletter
Develop longer‑form breakdowns and narratives
Repurpose ideas across formats and platforms
Build a content system
Identify patterns in what performs
Create repeatable formats and frameworks
Increase output and quality over time
About You:
Strong writer with a sharp editorial instinct
Thinks in hooks, structure, and storytelling — not corporate copy
Fast, clear, and conversational
Understands founder‑led content and personal brand distribution
Comfortable working closely with a founder in a high‑speed environment
You care about performance, not just writing.
Ideal Candidate:
You consistently turn raw ideas into high‑performing content
You improve output based on feedback and data
You help refine and scale the founder’s voice
You capture moments others would miss
You build systems that make content faster and better over time
Compensation & Benefits:
$70,000–$80,000 base salary
