Manager of Digital Marketing

The Manager of Digital Marketing will be responsible for the day-to-day digital presence of a roster of Red Light Management artists. This role requires a blend of high-level strategic planning, direct platform execution, and proactive management to drive fan engagement and growth success. This role reports to the SVP of marketing, digital, and streaming.

Core Responsibilities

Tentpole Management : Maintain a master calendar of artist moments (music releases, tour announcements, etc.) to drive the development of long-term social and content plans.

Calendar Oversight : Lead the creation, approval, and timely execution of social media posts, SMS/email blasts, digital advertisements, and website updates.

Creative Coordination : Act as the primary liaison for graphic designers, videographers, and third-party content agencies to ensure all assets are edited and approved on schedule.

Cross-Platform Posting : Directly manage and execute all posts across the entire artist’s digital ecosystem, including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Community, Shorts, X, Threads, Bandsintown etc…

Digital Updates : Facilitate all approved changes to artist websites, storefronts, and digital ad sets.

Direct-to-Fan (D2F) Marketing : Suggest, optimize, and deploy SMS/MMS, email marketing, and automated drop campaigns.

CRM & Growth : Own and maintain fan data platforms (email/SMS lists) with a focus on growing sign-ups and driving conversions for streaming, e-commerce, and ticket sales.

Community Moderation : Monitor and respond to social media comments and direct messages in alignment with the artist’s specific voice and prior approval.

Performance Optimization : Continually suggest engagement campaigns, influencer campaigns, advertising and fresh marketing ideas that move the needle on key artist metrics.

Strategic Alignment : Facilitate regular digital strategy meetings with artists and their management teams to ensure all parties are aligned on upcoming launches and approval topics.

Partner Liaison : Manage day-to-day digital communications with internal artist teams and label partners where applicable.

Team Integration : Actively participate in all relevant communication channels (group texts, email, Zoom) to provide real-time updates on digital project status.

Key Requirements

Proven experience managing digital/social presence for talent or brands.

Expertise in CRM platforms, email marketing management, and social media platforms.

Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to navigate multiple manager relations.

Experience in digital marketing 2-3 years.
