We are looking for a talented, performance‑minded

Videographer – Performance Creative

who understands both the craft of production and the science of what actually converts. This is not a "show up and shoot" role — you will be a key creative partner in bringing ideas to life across multiple formats, from polished, high‑production landing page videos to fast‑turn UGC‑style ads and organic social content.

What You’ll Do Video Production & Content Capture

Shoot a diverse range of video content across formats — including landing page videos, paid ad creative, UGC‑style direct response content, and organic social content for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts.

Produce clean, high‑converting, product‑focused landing page videos that reflect brand standards and support e‑commerce performance goals.

Capture paid ad content in a variety of styles — UGC‑style, direct response, lifestyle, and testimonial — optimized for platform‑specific performance.

Film organic and social‑first content that feels native to TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, with a strong understanding of what drives engagement and shareability on each platform.

Adapt quickly between high‑production shoots and fast‑turn, lower‑production content without sacrificing quality or intentionality.

On‑Set Technical Execution

Own all on‑set technical responsibilities including camera setup, lighting design, audio capture, and equipment management.

Set up and break down shoot environments efficiently, maintaining a high standard of production quality across varying locations and formats.

Operate and maintain a range of camera equipment, lenses, lighting rigs, and audio gear — and proactively identify equipment needs for upcoming shoots.

Troubleshoot on‑set technical issues quickly and independently to keep productions on schedule.

Creative Collaboration & Concept Execution

Partner with the creative team to translate concepts, briefs, and shot lists into compelling video content that serves both brand and performance objectives.

Contribute actively to pre‑production planning — including shot list development, location scouting, prop and talent coordination, and format recommendations.

Bring a point of view to every shoot — offering creative input on angles, pacing, lighting, and storytelling approaches that elevate the final product.

Stay current on emerging content trends across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube and proactively bring relevant ideas and formats to the creative team.

Performance Awareness & Optimization

Develop a strong working knowledge of what video content converts across paid and organic channels — and apply that knowledge to every shoot.

Help the team identify which footage, angles, hooks, and formats drive performance versus what simply looks polished.

Collaborate with the performance marketing team to understand what creative is working, incorporate learnings into future shoots, and iterate rapidly on winning formats.

Approach every shoot with a performance mindset — capturing multiple variations, hooks, and cuts to support testing and optimization.

Experience shooting product‑focused content with a strong understanding of how video supports e‑commerce conversion.

Hands‑on experience producing content natively for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

Experience working within a creative team environment, collaborating on briefs, shot lists, and concept execution.
