
Administrative Assistant, Commercial Real Estate

We're looking for commercial real estate/property management professionals to support a commercial property management client of ours across their regional portfolio. Desired Qualifications
Experience in commercial real estate, property management, or facilities operations strongly preferred
3–7+ years of administrative or operations support experience
Ability to manage multiple priorities
High attention to detail, especially with data entry and documentation
Confident communicator with a customer-service mindset
Comfortable working cross-functionally with tenants, vendors, and leadership
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Experience with Yardi, MRI, or similar property management systems is a plus
Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year Shift: First Work hours: 8:30 AM - 5 PM Education: High School
Responsibilities
Support Property Managers and Operations teams across day-to-day portfolio activities
Serve as a point of contact for tenants, vendors, and internal teams
Coordinate maintenance requests, track work orders, and ensure timely completion
Assist with invoice processing, expense tracking, and basic financial reporting support
Help prepare budgets, accruals, and monthly reporting materials
Maintain accurate tenant records, contact lists, and documentation
Coordinate tenant move-ins/move-outs and related communications
Draft and distribute tenant notices, updates, and general correspondence
Assist with vendor coordination, contract documentation, and bid requests
Support ongoing projects and operational initiatives across the portfolio
