About The Position The
Senior Graphic Designer, Digital & Print
supports the creation and execution of high‑quality digital creative with secondary support for print materials. This role is approximately
75% digital and 25% print , contributing across internal channels, marketing assets, and customer‑facing touchpoints. The ideal candidate is a driven, adaptable designer who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, can manage multiple projects at once, and consistently delivers detailed, on‑brand work under tight deadlines while supporting an in‑person/on‑site work culture and upholding company values of Ownership, Collaboration and Respect.
Job Responsibilities
Design and produce primarily digital assets, including web banners, email graphics, digital ads, IG videos and internal communications
Design print materials as needed including catalogs, lookbooks, foldouts, assembly guides, mailers, and sales collateral
Maintain and evolve brand consistency across all digital and print touchpoints
Partner closely with the Director of Marketing Operations, Graphic Design Manager and VP of Brand to meet timelines and project goals
Prepare print‑ready files, ensuring accuracy in layout, color, typography, bleeds, and specifications
Efficiently incorporate feedback and revisions while balancing multiple projects and deadlines
Fulfill asset requests from internal teams and partners, managing priorities effectively
Organize, archive, and maintain working files, templates, and final assets
Follow established workflows and naming conventions
Stay current on design trends, digital best practices, and emerging platforms

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
5-8+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong focus on digital and print (agency or in‑house preferred)
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Figma, Klayvio, Mailchimp experience a plus
Experience in designing catalog layouts a plus
Solid understanding of print production and prepress requirements
Strong typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy skills
Experience designing for digital banners and ads, including email and web is preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to receive and apply feedback constructively
Excellent communication and time‑management skills
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize effectively
Physical Requirements
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to sit, stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel; as well as reach with hands and arms.
The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 15 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 35 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Ability to work in open environment with fluctuating temperatures and standard lighting.
Ability to work on computer and mobile phone for multiple hours; with frequent interruptions.
Required to use stairwells to attend meetings and engage with employees on multiple floors throughout building.
