We are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative (LTL & SaaS) to join our Road Logistics sales team. In this role, you will help drive new business growth by identifying potential customers, engaging prospects, qualifying opportunities, and closing new accounts. If you thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑prospecting environment and enjoy building relationships that lead to revenue, this is an exciting opportunity to make an impact.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute effective outreach strategies in coordination with the sales team.

Initiate conversations with key decision‑makers to understand their business needs.

Generate and qualify leads while managing a full sales cycle focused on new logo acquisition.

Apply proactive outreach methods, including cold calling and lead‑gen tools, to build and strengthen a pipeline of prospective customers.

Travel locally depending on business needs and required presence in designated regions.

Collaborate cross‑functionally and maintain a professional, organized, and customer‑focused approach to all sales activities.

Qualifications

Exceptional organization, prioritization, and time‑management skills.

Strong communication, active listening, and problem‑solving abilities.

Experience with lead list development and high‑volume prospecting.

Hunter mentality and resilience in a fast‑paced sales environment.

Background in LTL and SaaS sales (5+ years) is highly desirable.

This position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis without the need for current or future employer sponsorship.

The target base salary range for this position is between $70,000 and $80,000 with an anticipated OTE between $160,000.00 and $180,000.00. Base salary is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. Kuehne+Nagel reviews pay ranges regularly to ensure competitive and fair pay based on industry market data.
