We work closely with major clients, with our largest being AT&T, and are expanding as we take on new clients this spring. Our team operates in a retail environment, focused on delivering results through strong marketing campaigns and direct, face-to-face customer engagement. We believe in promoting from within and offer clear career paths so you can advance from entry-level roles into leadership and beyond. Whether you’re new to the industry or have prior experience, you’ll have access to extensive cross training across multiple departments, mentorship, and clear advancement opportunities.
This is an in-store retail position.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers in a retail setting and provide top-notch service while identifying their needs
Engage with customers face-to-face to present and promote client products and services
Collaborate with the sales team to deliver a strong customer experience
Assist in managing and executing marketing campaigns for clients
Represent client brands in a professional and engaging manner
Contribute to a positive, team-driven environment
Participate in cross training designed to develop skills in sales, marketing, and leadership
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous retail, customer service, or marketing experience is helpful but not required
Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable attitude
Eagerness to learn, grow, and take on new challenges
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
