Qualifications
Contacting and communicating with customers to identify needs using the Crown Selling Process
Build rapport with customers to build a base of referrals to establish customer network
Test drives, present vehicle product information, pricing and incentives
Close Deals
Training will be Provided
Motivation to be Successful
Great Customer Service Skills
Be Able to Create and Maintain Customer Relationships
Strong Computer & Phone Skills (Internet, MS Outlook, CRM, Eleads, Autotrader)
Prior Sales Experience Preferred
Maintain Professional Business Attire and Appearance
Self-Starter and Ability to be a Great Team Player
