Community Partnerships Consultant (Independent Contractor | Part-Time)
A1 Placement is recruiting on behalf of our mission-driven Non-Profit client expanding mobile primary care services directly into housing communities across the Los Angeles metro area. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping bring healthcare access to seniors, families, and individuals facing barriers to care. We are seeking a relationship-driven professional who enjoys community engagement, field outreach, and mission-focused work. Key Responsibilities
Conduct in-person outreach to affordable housing, supportive housing, senior communities, and public housing campuses Build relationships with property leadership and resident services teams Help coordinate scheduling of on-site mobile clinic service days Maintain a pipeline of prospective community partners Support expansion of a high-impact community health initiative Ideal Background
Experience in community outreach, social services, housing programs, or public health Comfortable working in a field-based role across the Los Angeles metro area Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills Self-motivated with the ability to manage outreach activities independently Approximately 12 hours per week Field-based / on-site outreach role Compensation
