Automotive Parts Advisor
Full-time $18-20/ hour

Automotive Parts Advisor
plays a key role in that mission by providing expert guidance, accurate parts support, and outstanding customer care. What You’ll Do:
Assist customers and technicians in identifying and ordering the correct parts
Maintain and organize parts inventory for accuracy and efficiency
Process parts orders, returns, and warranties
Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and coworkers
Ensure timely delivery of parts to the service department
What We’re Looking For:
Prior experience in automotive parts or service (preferred)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Strong computer skills (experience with dealership systems is a plus)
A driven, customer-first attitude
Proficient in inventory management, POS, and retail sales with strong customer service and communication skills.
Experience in inventory control, cash handling, and using a cash register.
Knowledge of automotive diagnostics, negotiation, and vehicle maintenance is a plus.
Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
Must be able to pass a background check and a drug screen.
High school diploma or equivalent
