Beacon Hill is looking for an experienced Staffing Consultant to find, interview, and qualify job seekers for temporary and contract roles with local companies and organizations. This is a full-cycle recruiting role, from sourcing to placement.
Base Pay Range $45,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr
Responsibilities As a Staffing Consultant, you will find, interview, and qualify job seekers for temporary/contract roles with companies and organizations in your local market. You will also manage the entire recruiting process, engage with candidates via phone, email, or in person, coach them throughout their job search, and collaborate with your team to discuss open positions and posting advertisements.
Day-to-Day Activities
Identify prospective candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, internet searches, referrals, and professional networking.
Proactive cold calling to identify prospective candidates.
Interview prospective candidates.
Pre‑p candidates for interviews with client companies – review resumes, discuss client needs, conduct mock interviews.
Deliver the good news – extend job offers and manage the offer process for candidates.
Reach out to candidates who are on assignment to ensure they have everything they need.
Requirements
Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
A love for working with people.
A tenacious degree of self‑motivation.
Leadership skills and a competitive drive.
Confidently exercise discretion and independent judgment.
An incessant drive to meet goals and metrics.
