Here Is What You Will Be Doing

Greet customers to identify their vehicle needs, and lead them through the sales process including vehicle/car selection, test drive, personalization, financing, and paperwork

Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new and used vehicles/cars

Use customer relationship management (CRM) tool to effectively track all customer interactions

Present customer deal structure and additional finance products

Follow up with customers and maintain high customer satisfaction

Complete all ongoing training modules to keep abreast new vehicle products, features, accessories, etc.

Maintain Customer Satisfaction scores at or above company standards.

Arrange for delivery and registration of vehicle.

Engage in business development, contacting prospects and clients via phone and email.

Here Is What You Will Need

Sales or Customer Service experience is preferred

Strong communications skills.

Strong record of positive customer service results with customer focused attitude.

High School Diploma/GED is required

Submit to and successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test.

Valid driver’s license
