Job Summary
As a Sales Consultant, you’ll be the driving force behind the top‑line growth of the branch you report into. In this position, you will report to a Regional Sales Manager that will train, coach, and support you in closing new business. After a 13‑week training period, you will identify and secure new customers, build relationships, and deliver customized solutions for various industries that use linen, uniforms, and facility services such as first aid and restroom supplies.

Daily Position Activities
Build a pipeline of new business by identifying prospects, cold‑calling, qualifying leads, and presenting tailored proposals.
Meet and exceed weekly sales quotas by proactively managing your Salesforce sales funnel.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding for new customers.
Prepare for and participate in weekly branch growth meetings to outline upcoming customer installations.
Foster strong relationships with new customers to ensure smooth transition to the service team.
Safely operate a company vehicle and follow all policies and procedures.
Other duties as assigned by management.

Compensation and Benefits
Competitive base salary of $42,000 – $45,000 with uncapped commissions.
Company vehicle with gas card and insurance.
Unlimited earning potential with no commission caps on industrial, healthcare, and facility services customers.
Up to a 15:1 multiplier, the highest in the industry.
Over $10,000 potential in quarterly and annual bonuses.
No account size maximum.
Commission on current contracted corporate accounts.
Opportunity to upsell into all current customers in assigned territory.

Requirements and Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong time‑management skills.
Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Ability to recognize colors, sizes, and types of products; accurate arithmetic.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
College degree preferred or two years of outside sales experience.
