Salesperson , you’re one of the most important team members at
Norm Reeves Mazda Irving.
You’re a critical point of contact for our sales department guests and a key player in creating a super purchasing experience. You will build an experience for our guests by offering tailored and genuine service to any customer who inquires online or in‑store.
We’re looking for a great listener with an outgoing, guest‑service approach to daily responsibilities; someone who exhibits empathy and also enjoys competition. We encourage all candidates with previous dealership sales success to take advantage of our free, industry‑leading sales training program.
What You’ll Do
Greet and offer tailored assistance to guests who enter the dealership showroom or sales lot
Offer test drives and obtain proper identification from all prospects prior to the drive
Deliver vehicles to customers and ensuring that the customer understands the vehicle’s operating features, warranty, and paperwork
Maintain confidential customer information on a Dealership Management System
Assist in writing complete sales orders and processes paperwork in accordance to the dealership’s policies and procedures
Introduce customers to the Sales Managers for an opportunity to meet with management
Schedule appointments with interested buyers for test drives and delivery of vehicles
Drive yourself and the team to maintain a super work environment and get better every day
What You’ll Need
Full‑time availability. You’ll also need to be at least 18 years old
A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
Sales experience preferred, with a strong emphasis on commission‑based or performance‑driven roles
Strong communication skills
A professional appearance and work ethic
Excellent organizational and follow up skills
Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment
