Used Car Sourcing Consultant Our Used Car Sales team is looking for a results-driven and market-savvy

Used Car Sourcing Consultant

to help grow and strengthen our pre-owned vehicle portfolio.

In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of sourcing, evaluating, and acquiring high-quality used vehicles through a variety of channels—ensuring we maintain a profitable and competitive inventory.

What you’ll do Vehicle Sourcing & Acquisition

Source vehicles through online marketplaces, direct sellers, auctions, repossessions, and fleet channels

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of acquisition opportunities

Identify high-demand vehicles aligned with sales trends

Evaluation & Profitability

Assess vehicle condition, history, and market value

Evaluate reconditioning needs and total acquisition cost

Ensure purchases meet margin and inventory targets

Negotiation & Relationship Management

Negotiate pricing and terms with sellers and partners

Build strong relationships with individuals, banks, and fleet partners

Position the company as a preferred buyer in the market

Coordination & Execution

Work closely with Service, Body & Paint, and Sales teams

Ensure proper documentation, compliance, and system updates

Support efficient vehicle processing from acquisition to sale

Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and supply

Recommend sourcing strategies and pricing insights

Adapt quickly to changing business needs

About you

High School Diploma or equivalent required

Experience in automotive sales, sourcing, purchasing, or related field preferred

Experience in vehicle appraisal, buying, or wholesale markets is a plus

Valid Guam Driver’s License

Strong negotiation and persuasion skills

Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

Solid market awareness and analytical thinking

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
