Description
Exciting Opportunity to join Belle Haven Country Club. We seek a knowledgeable and seasoned Food and Beverage Director who we lead, direct and enhance our food and beverage outlets.
Administration
Maintain standards of food, beverage, and promote quality member service.
Achieve budgeted revenues and expenses to maximize profitability related to the food and beverage department.
Contribute, measure and add to member satisfaction.
Develop short- and long-term financial and operational plans for the food and beverage department that relate to the overall objectives of the Club.
Participate in the preparation of the annual Club budget.
Increase level of member satisfaction by delivering exceptional products and employee development/engagement.
Manage in compliance with Federal, state, local, and club regulations and standards.
Maintain and correct procedures for credit control, financial transactions, security of financial assets, and inventory control.
Respond and resolve member requests, complaints, or questions in a courteous and timely manner.
Ability to accurately use various office and accounting software. JONAS/Paylocity/MS Outlook/MS programs, Excel
Handle Safe Serve, TIPS training and other training modules quarterly and annually.
Support
Must have a comprehensive knowledge of the English language to effectively communicate with members, associates, and vendors.
Ability to assist with the design and preparation of statistical reports and presentations as needed.
Ability to accurately report information.
Ability to assist with various banquets, events and accounting departments tasks as needed.
Ability to scrupulously follow all Belle Haven Country Club policies, club bylaws and procedures.
Attend required meetings.
Professionalism and Style Expectations Must be able to lead a large food and beverage team.
Must be able to work flexible shifts to meet high peak seasonal requirements.

Expresses ideas and conveys information clearly, effectively, and professionally.
Actively listens to others.
Conveys company information, decision, or problems to appropriate parties on a timely basis.

Additional Responsibilities Specific To You Are
Must have a comprehensive knowledge of all Club departments and functions.
Must have a comprehensive knowledge of applicable Federal, state, and local health, safety, and legal regulations.
Must have exceptional mathematical and computer skills.
High school education and relevant training and experience required. Additional education preferred.
Ability to timely obtain any required licenses or certificates.
CPR/AED training required; first aid training preferred.
Additional language ability preferred.
