We’re seeking a Safety professional to support industrial construction projects by promoting safe work practices and ensuring compliance at active job sites. This role involves regular field visits, collaboration with project teams, and hands‑on safety leadership.
Candidates must be located in, or willing to relocate to, the Quad Cities metropolitan area.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular job site visits, audits, and safety inspections
Identify hazards and address unsafe conditions or behaviors
Lead toolbox talks and support daily safety planning
Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
Ensure proper use and availability of PPE
Qualifications
Experience in industrial or construction safety
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
Strong communication, leadership, and coaching skills
Ability to travel to multiple job sites regularly
Valid driver’s license (company vehicle provided)
Familiarity with safety reporting and basic computer tools
CDL A and degree preferred, not required
