Senior AR Specialist
Location: Richfield, MN (Local Minnesota applicants only.) Pay Rate: $29 - $34 / hour Benefits: Eligible for medical, dental, vision and 401K Overview: Our client is seeking a Senior AR Specialist to support a high-volume accounting environment with a focus on cash management and accounts receivable operations. This contract role will play a key part in stabilizing processes, supporting reconciliations, and ensuring accurate financial reporting during a period of transition. The ideal candidate brings strong AR experience, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to navigate evolving systems and procedures. Responsibilities: Process AR invoices and assist with collections efforts to support backlog cleanup Oversee daily cash handling procedures, reconciliations, and reporting accuracy Investigate and resolve discrepancies, including chargebacks and unusual transactions Support sales tax filings and assist with audit-related activities Reconcile accounts and ensure alignment with general ledger balances Utilize NetSuite and Excel to analyze financial data and generate reports Collaborate with internal teams to maintain efficient workflows and resolve issues Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in accounts receivable, cash management, or related accounting functions Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas) Understanding of GAAP principles, reconciliations, and financial reporting processes Ability to manage high-volume work, multitask, and adapt in a changing environment Why Work with Addison Finance & Accounting?
