What You’ll Do:
This is more than a sales job. It’s a mission to connect healthcare providers with solutions that change lives. You’ll: Lead the Charge: Own your territory, driving business growth for IVIG and specialty infusion therapies. Be Strategic: Build and execute a territory plan that targets the right accounts based on referral potential, profitability, and service opportunities. Grow Relationships: Develop strong partnerships with physicians, nurses, and clinic staff across specialties like neurology, immunology, and rheumatology. Collaborate Across Teams: Work hand-in-hand with clinical and operations teams to deliver exceptional patient experiences. Leverage Data: Use tools like Salesforce and market insights to identify opportunities and stay a step ahead of the competition. Who You Are:
Experienced: You’ve spent at least 2 years in healthcare or IVIG sales and know how to navigate complex conversations in the medical space. Persuasive & Personable: Strong communicator who’s confident presenting solutions and building trust with decision-makers. Self-Driven: Motivated, focused, and independent—you know how to manage your time and your goals. Tech-Smart: Comfortable using CRM platforms (bonus points for Salesforce) and confident interpreting data to make informed decisions.
