Champion a culture

Inspire a high-performing team
that delivers round-the-clock, personalized care, helping residents feel safe, valued, and truly at home
Drive growth and accountability
by building census through active sales leadership, managing the P&L with rigor, and executing with both vision and operational excellence
What You Bring:
3–5 years of senior living leadership experience
(Required)
Proven success in sales, and occupancy growth within senior living
(Required)
Strong financial acumen: budget management and P&L ownership
(Required)
A college degree (Preferred) and an unwavering commitment to resident-centered care
