The Content & Creative Lead owns the demand engine behind the Hi Rasmus brand. This role is responsible for turning our message, product, and customer stories into content and campaigns that generate real pipeline.
You’ll build and run the systems that consistently produce high-quality content – especially video – and activate it through campaigns across email, social, paid channels, events, and the website. Your work ensures Hi Rasmus shows up clearly, consistently, and creatively everywhere our audience interacts with us.
This role blends creative direction, campaign strategy, and hands‑on execution. You’ll think strategically about demand generation while also rolling up your sleeves to build campaigns, produce content, and continuously improve how our marketing converts interest into qualified opportunities.

What You’ll Do
Plan and execute marketing campaigns tied to pipeline growth, including product launches, conference campaigns, email marketing, and paid initiatives
Collaborate with sales, product, and leadership to align campaigns with business priorities
Track campaign performance and continuously optimize for conversion and ROI
Manage the website experience and ensure messaging, content, and design drive conversions
Improve conversion pathways for demo requests, resources, and lead capture
Continuously test and refine landing pages and campaign funnels
Manage growth initiatives across channels such as LinkedIn, retargeting, email marketing, and industry platforms
Coordinate organic and paid strategies to maximize reach and conversion
Monitor performance metrics and adjust tactics to improve cost efficiency and pipeline contribution
Plan and execute conference marketing activations before, during, and after events
Create campaigns that extend conference visibility beyond the event itself
Produce supporting content and materials that drive engagement and follow-up pipeline
What You Bring
Experience building and executing content and campaign strategies that drive demand
Strong creative instincts across content, design, and storytelling
Ability to produce high-quality content at a consistent cadence
Experience running multi‑channel campaigns tied to measurable outcomes
Comfort balancing strategic thinking with hands‑on execution
Nice to have:
Experience with video‑first content strategies
Familiarity with B2B SaaS marketing or healthcare technology
Experience managing website content and conversion optimization
Experience running LinkedIn or paid social campaigns
Success in this role is measured not just by content output, but by the impact it has on growth. Outcomes may include:
