About the Role As a Partnerships Growth Manager at Laurel Springs School, you will play a critical role in driving student enrollment growth through strategic partner engagement. This role focuses on expanding and activating an established network of partners, including sports academies, performing arts programs, tutoring organizations, educational consultants, and schools.

You will design and execute partner engagement strategies that translate relationships into consistent student referrals. By combining relationship management, data‑driven decision making, and structured execution, you will deepen partner engagement, increase visibility of Laurel Springs School, and create scalable approaches to partnership growth.

This is a highly collaborative, externally facing role that works cross‑functionally with admissions, marketing, academics, and partner success teams to deliver a high‑quality experience for both partners and families.

What You’ll Do

Drive student enrollment growth by increasing referrals across existing partner relationships

Identify, prioritize, and manage a portfolio of partners based on growth potential, engagement level, and strategic value

Build and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships through proactive outreach and ongoing communication

Develop and execute partner activation strategies aligned with enrollment cycles, seasonality, and partner needs

Collaborate with partners to align on marketing, admissions, and family engagement strategies that support enrollment outcomes

Design and implement repeatable frameworks, playbooks, and engagement models to scale partner success

Plan and host virtual and in‑person events such as webinars, information sessions, and workshops to educate families and drive enrollment

Create and refine messaging, tools, and resources that support partners in effectively promoting Laurel Springs School

Monitor partner performance using data and insights to inform prioritization and optimize growth strategies

Represent Laurel Springs School at partner events, including performances, competitions, showcases, and conferences

Partner cross‑functionally with internal teams to ensure a seamless and high‑quality experience for partners and prospective families

Share insights, trends, and partner feedback to inform broader partnership strategy and continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Education, Marketing, or a related field

5+ years of experience in partnerships, account management, business development, or relationship‑driven growth roles

Demonstrated success driving measurable outcomes such as enrollment growth, revenue expansion, or partner engagement

Experience working in data‑driven environments with a focus on performance metrics and continuous improvement

Strong relationship management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse stakeholders

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively

Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment

Strategic thinker with the ability to translate ideas into structured, executable plans

Passion for education and interest in working within a mission‑driven organization

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in K‑12 education, higher education, or education‑related partnerships

Experience working with athletics, performing arts, or enrichment organizations (e.g., dance studios, conservatories, training programs)

Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing tools, or student information systems

Work Environment and Requirements

Fully remote role with access to reliable, high‑speed internet and a professional workspace

Ability to travel periodically for partner meetings, events, and conferences

Ability to manage a full‑time workload in a dynamic, externally facing role
