Outside Sales Mortgage Loan Officer . This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys building community connections, works well independently, and thrives in a sales-driven environment with uncapped earning potential. What You’ll Do
Build and maintain referral relationships with realtors, builders, and financial partners Spend regular time in the market growing your network and sourcing new business Educate partners and members on mortgage programs and lending requirements Guide members through mortgage options and support them through the full loan process Gather loan documentation and work closely with underwriting and processing teams Stay current on investor guidelines, market trends, and compliance requirements Represent Wings Credit Union professionally within the community What You Bring
3+ years as a Mortgage Loan Officer Proven ability to self-generate business and referrals Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel NMLS MLO registration or ability to obtain College degree preferred; must be bondable Compensation
