Director of Sales and Marketing

Columbia Presbyterian Community, a part of Presbyterian Communities of South Carolina (PCSC), is seeking a skilled and compassionate Director of Sales & Marketing to support and grow our senior living community. This position serves an essential role in welcoming residents and families, strengthening relationships, and advancing our mission to serve older adults with dignity, respect, and Christian compassion. Position Summary

The Director of Sales & Marketing is responsible for planning, implementing, and overseeing sales and marketing efforts for Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Support. This role partners closely with operational leaders to ensure a consistent, resident-centered experience from first inquiry through move-in, while supporting occupancy goals and community visibility. Essential Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies that support occupancy goals and organizational mission Foster strong relationships with prospective residents, families, referral partners, and community organizations Coordinate outreach efforts including events, presentations, tours, and referral development Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure smooth transitions and positive move-in experiences Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the CRM system and analyze data to support informed decision-making Represent Columbia Retirement Community with professionalism, integrity, and hospitality in all interactions Qualifications

Commitment to PCSC’s mission, values, and Christian service Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred) Minimum of 3 years sales and marketing experience in senior living, healthcare, or long-term care

Leadership experience strongly preferred

Knowledge of consultative sales practices and CRM tools Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Ability to build trust, collaborate effectively, and lead with empathy Benefits
