Job Summary:
This position oversees the therapeutic and recreational activities for the residents to ensure that we maintain the quality of life for each resident on an individual basis. Key Responsibilities
Plan, Manage, and Coordinate daily resident activities schedule Maintain supplies needed for planned activities Complete required assessments timely and accurately Be comfortable calling and interacting with resident families on consistent basis Other tasks assigned by supervisor Qualifications
Experience in conducting activities in a healthcare environment Experience in Skilled Nursing/Long Term Care preferred Must have excellent communication and organizational skills
