O2 Employment Services is working with a reputable vehicle repair company to find their next Collision Estimator. This position is based in Redding, CA.
The ideal candidate will have strong estimating experience, be detail-oriented, and possess excellent knowledge of industry systems and insurance programs.
Collision Estimator Compensation
$95,000 – $110,000 annually

Collision Estimator Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of collision estimating experience
I-CAR training
Proficient in CCC estimating system
Experience with Mitchell estimating system preferred
Knowledge of CSAA (AAA) Direct Repair Program
Experience with Tesla Portal and Tesla Insurance is a plus
High school diploma required
Valid driver’s license
Ability to pass pre-employment drug testing
Collision Estimator Responsibilities
Prepare accurate and timely collision repair estimates
Communicate effectively with insurance companies and customers
Review vehicle damage and determine repair costs and timelines
Utilize CCC and Mitchell systems to generate estimates
Ensure compliance with DRP requirements and company standards
Coordinate with technicians and parts departments to support repair process
Maintain thorough and organized documentation of all estimates and repairs
