
Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking a Marketing Data Analytics Manager to lead a team of analysts focusing efforts to drive data‑informed decision‑making across the organization. This role is ideal for an experienced analytics professional with a strong strategic mindset and a passion for translating complex data into clear, actionable insights.
In this role, you will partner closely with marketing leadership and cross‑functional teams to shape marketing strategy, optimize campaigns, guide website and digital experience decisions, and establish best practices for marketing measurement. You will also play a key role in mentoring analysts and advancing the team’s analytics capabilities.
Job Responsibilities
Lead the development, governance, and evolution of marketing dashboards and reporting frameworks to monitor KPIs, website health, and campaign performance across channels.
Translate complex marketing and customer data into actionable insights that influence strategy, investment decisions, and performance optimization.
Partner with marketing teams to define measurement strategies, success metrics, and analytical approaches for key initiatives.
Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders and marketing leadership in a clear, compelling, and business‑focused manner.
Identify opportunities to improve data quality, tracking, and measurement methodologies across marketing platforms.
Stay current on marketing analytics tools, data visualization best practices, and industry trends, and proactively recommend improvements.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts and contribute to the development of analytics standards and best practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Business, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
5–7 years of experience in marketing analytics, data analysis, or a related analytics role, with demonstrated impact on marketing strategy and performance.
Previous leadership experience preferred.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to synthesize large, complex datasets into meaningful insights.
Hands‑on experience with marketing analytics and data visualization tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Power BI) and advanced Excel skills; experience with additional analytics or BI platforms is a plus.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, lead projects end‑to‑end, and work effectively in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to senior and non‑technical stakeholders.
Prior experience in the semiconductor industry or high‑tech manufacturing environment is a plus.
