Senior Content Marketing Manager, Technical

This role offers the opportunity to lead and shape the strategic direction of technical content for a fast‑growing, innovative SaaS platform. You will define what content is produced, how it is delivered, and how it drives business impact, working closely with product marketing, developer relations, and technical content creators. The position provides the chance to expand content formats beyond traditional blogs into videos, ebooks, infographics, and social campaigns, maximizing audience engagement and pipeline influence. You will use data to inform strategy, optimize performance, and ensure all content aligns with business goals and product positioning. This is a highly collaborative role in a remote‑first, fast‑paced environment, ideal for someone with strong strategic vision, technical intuition, and a builder mindset.

Accountabilities

Define and execute the overall technical content strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and product positioning

Own the content calendar and editorial process, coordinating with technical content writers and cross‑functional marketing teams

Provide strategic direction to writers, guiding output without producing all content yourself

Expand content into new formats: ebooks, infographics, social media series, video, hands‑on labs, and sales enablement materials

Lead and scale the video and YouTube content strategy for a technical audience

Track, analyze, and report on content performance, using insights to optimize engagement, lead generation, and pipeline contribution

Requirements

4+ years of B2B SaaS content marketing experience, ideally with a focus on technical audiences

Proven experience leading content strategy across multiple formats beyond traditional blog posts

Experience with video content creation and YouTube growth strategies for technical audiences

Strong editorial and strategic direction skills, able to guide writers and creators effectively

Sufficient technical intuition to understand complex topics and work with technical teams

Data‑informed mindset, using metrics to iterate and improve content effectiveness

Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a fast‑paced, remote‑friendly environment

Preferred Qualifications

Experience marketing to developer or infrastructure audiences (DevOps, SRE, platform engineering)

Familiarity with OpenTelemetry or cloud‑native ecosystems

Experience creating hands‑on labs, workshops, or self‑driven product experiences

Background in high‑growth, venture‑backed startup environments
