About the role We are looking for a hands‑on Senior Product Marketing Manager to drive the promotion and adoption of our enterprise SaaS products within the Siemens ecosystem and externally. This role sits at the intersection of product, sales, and communications. You will be responsible for translating product capabilities into clear, compelling messaging and creating high‑quality assets for internal stakeholders, customers, and market‑facing channels. This is an execution‑focused role. It is ideal for someone who enjoys building, writing, and shipping, not just defining strategy.
What you’ll do
Translate product features into clear, customer‑focused messaging and value propositions.
Create high‑quality assets, including:
Executive presentations and sales decks.
One‑pagers and product collateral.
Feature announcements and release communications.
Drive internal product communication across teams (sales, leadership, stakeholders).
Support external promotion in collaboration with Siemens branding and communications teams.
Prepare and manage content for:
Social media (e.g., LinkedIn).
Events and conferences.
Product launches and announcements.
Coordinate go‑to‑market activities for new features and releases.
Partner closely with product, sales, and marketing stakeholders in a large, matrixed organization.
What we’re looking for
5-10 years of experience in product marketing, GTM, or B2B SaaS marketing.
Strong experience in enterprise SaaS or complex B2B products.
Proven ability to create high‑quality presentations and marketing assets (PowerPoint skills are essential).
Excellent writing and storytelling skills, and the ability to simplify complex topics.
Experience working in large, matrixed organizations or with multiple stakeholders.
Comfortable operating in a hands‑on, execution‑heavy role.
You are comfortable creating assets yourself without relying on agencies.
Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to have
Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or engineering‑related software.
Familiarity with API, data, or platform products.
Experience working with centralized brand or communications teams.
