As a Bilingual Member Service Representative, you will assist our membership with their financial needs while embodying our people-first approach in both English and Spanish. We are hiring multiple full-time and 3/4-time bilingual positions and are looking for candidates that can work a flexible/variable schedule Monday through Saturday. Starting pay $16.75 with a potential for a higher starting wage based on experience. Bilingual differential will be paid for all hours worked. Essential Functions & Responsibilities: Personally greet each member as they enter the branch with an appropriate "Good Morning or Afternoon" and thanking them for coming in as they exit the branch, referring to them by name as often as possible. Must ask members to remove hats and sunglasses as they enter the building. Proficiently provide excellent member service to our members and potential members in both English and Spanish. Post and process member financial transactions; including but limited to, deposits, withdrawals and loan payments. Sell money orders and cashier checks to members; transfers amounts from member accounts as directed. Assist with member service requests which include but limited to address changes, debit card issuance and opening deposit accounts. Answer and resolve member inquiries. Conduct research on member accounts as required or requested. Perform a variety of miscellaneous tasks including typing, filing, completing title requests, computer input, answering phone calls and directing callers to the appropriate people. Encourage and educate members to use self-service conveniences including, but not limited to, Mobile Banking, Mobile Remote Capture, ATMs, and online banking to enhance their service experience. Identify and refer products and services that are appropriate in assisting the members financial success. Achieve all team and individual sale and service goals. Maintain in-depth knowledge of and comply with all department and security policies, procedures and federal regulations, including BSA requirements. Other duties as assigned. Experience:

One month to twelve months of similar or related experience.

Education:

A high school education or GED.

Other Skills:

Ten key calculator and computer keyboard by touch. Must be good with detail to deal with numbers and names. Excellent written and verbal, analytical, and problem-solving skills; and proficient in Windows environment and Microsoft productivity software. Required to fluently speak English and Spanish in a professional setting.
