Position Overview Onsite Credit and Collections Associate at 2324 Asheville HWY, Hendersonville, NC 28791. This role focuses on implementing credit and collection policies, handling delinquent accounts, and mitigating credit risk.
Responsibilities
Implement and enforce company credit/collection policies across one or multiple geographic areas.
Recommend and approve adjustments to customer accounts and refer overdue accounts for legal action, coordinating decisions with management teams and sales departments.
Manage delinquent customer receivables, negotiate special payment plans, and develop financial packages.
Monitor credit activity, including monthly reviews of large accounts, compliance with credit policies, lien laws and sales tax laws.
Collaborate with Credit Management and field leadership to resolve difficult collection cases.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field and at least two (2) years of credit collections experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
