Account Manager – Account Management & Service
HUB International is seeking an Account Manager to provide exceptional service to personal lines clients by marketing insurance coverages, conducting coverage reviews, and ensuring policy accuracy. This role includes maintaining client relationships, staying informed on carrier offerings, and contributing to client retention through dedicated support.
Job Responsibilities
Gather marketing data for new and renewal quotes in collaboration with clients and sales executives.
Obtain and review quotes from carriers, preparing detailed coverage analyses.
Utilize carrier systems for quotes, loss runs, billing information, and policy documents.
Broaden industry knowledge through continuing education opportunities.
Follow HUB’s Broker Standards policies and procedures.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Previous insurance experience and familiarity with Epic or similar insurance software is a plus.
State property and casualty insurance license, or the ability to obtain one, is required.
Strong communication, interpersonal, multitasking, and organizational skills.
Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage confidential information responsibly.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, or similar professional software.

The expected annual salary range for this position is $44,000 to $65,000, influenced by skills, experience, location, and business line.
