Job Summary Administers and provides counseling and other financial aid services to students and parents.
Responsibilities Typical Allocation of Duties:
Administer assigned financial aid programs and/or services - 35%
Provide counseling and assistance - 25%
Award funds - 20%
Audit and reconcile financial aid and packages - 10%
Student Communication - 10%
Supervisor Expectations
Verify student financial aid files for accuracy and compliance
Process incoming and outgoing Consortium agreements
Process TEACH Grant awards
Administer Georgia College Completion Grant awards
Review and process Professional Judgment and Special Circumstance appeals
Administer the Federal Work-Study (FWS) Program
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and three (3) years of related work experience.
Proposed Salary $21.81/hr. ($45,366/annual)
