Position Summary

Peoples Security Bank & Trust Company is seeking a Loan Servicing Specialist to support the full lifecycle of our commercial, consumer, and real estate loan portfolios. Key Responsibilities
Managing loan onboarding and maintaining accurate loan records
Preparing payoff quotes and processing payments
Researching and resolving customer inquiries
Supporting collateral management, including insurance and documentation tracking
Assisting with loan reporting, remittance, and portfolio monitoring
Coordinating activities related to participations and secondary market loans
Ensuring proper recording, filing, and maintenance of loan documents
Providing general operational support to the Loan Servicing team
Ancillary Duties
Perform tasks that are supportive in nature to the essential functions of the job, and may be altered or re‑designed depending upon individual circumstances.
Physical Requirements The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position. While performing the essential job functions, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, talk, hear, walk, use hands and fingers, handle or feel objects, and reach with hands and arms. At times required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up to 25 pounds. This position requires regular use of a computer.

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum 3 years of experience in loan servicing or a related banking role
Strong understanding of lending fundamentals and collateral management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and math abilities
Comfort working with computer systems and learning new platforms
Familiarity with loan documentation, lending policies, and banking procedures
