Responsible for leading the care team and ensuring consistent, high quality resident care.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate the nursing department
Supervise, train, and mentor staff and caregivers
Maintain high standards of resident care
Recruit and develop care staff
Partner with other departments to support resident needs
Oversee assessments, care plans, and medication administration
Participate in shared after hours on call rotation
Requirements
Active RN or LPN license in Michigan, Current BLS
Must have reliable transportation and able to float around facilities
Assisted Living experience required along with 1 year supervisory experience
