Due to our explosive growth, we need experienced residential HVAC install leaders to join our residential install department. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of lead install experience.

Responsibilities
Lead the installation of replacement HVAC equipment.
Complete installations in a timely fashion and work toward minimal callbacks.
Maintain pride in workmanship so customers are proud of your work.
Requirements
Pass drug, background, and MVR checks.
Minimum 2 years of residential HVAC installation experience as a lead installer.
Compensation & Benefits Hourly pay ranging from $25.00 to $30.00 per hour, based on experience. Company match IRA. Medical, dental, vision & life insurance. PTO. Paid training and promotion from within.
