who may not have full HRBP experience yet—but is eager to grow into the role, make an impact, and partner closely with leadership.
Position Overview The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will serve as a trusted partner to leaders and employees, supporting day-to-day HR needs while developing the skills to drive strategic initiatives.

What You’ll Do
Partner with leaders to support employee relations, performance management, and team development
Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
Build strong relationships and credibility with frontline leaders and staff
Employee Experience
Support onboarding, engagement, and retention initiatives
Assist in resolving employee concerns in a timely, professional manner
Help reinforce a positive, accountable, and high-performing culture
HR Operations & Compliance
Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws
Support investigations, documentation, and corrective actions as needed
Partner with payroll, benefits, and recruiting teams to ensure seamless HR support
What We’re Looking For Required
1–3 years of HR experience (HR Coordinator, Generalist, or similar)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
Strong sense of accountability and desire to collaborate with leaders
Preferred
Experience in healthcare or behavioral health
Exposure to employee relations or performance management
SHRM-CP or willingness to obtain certification

Salary Range:
$65,000 – $80,000 (based on experience)
Bonus Eligibility:
Up to 10% annual performance bonus
