We’re Hiring: Senior Agency Healthcare Recruiter with a track to Leadership
This is a sales KPI driven role with competitive commission. This role is not a talent acquisition HR role. We’re a fast-growing healthcare staffing agency placing travel clinicians across hospitals nationwide and we’re adding another killer recruiter to the team. You’ll work live job orders, warm leads, and still hunt your own candidates. If you like owning your desk, moving fast, and getting paid for results, you’ll like it here. We also have the ability to help you scale and create career progression. Any successful individual contributor that exceeds their revenue KPIs has the ability to hire a team underneath them, and earn team commission on top of their individual commission.
What You’ll Do
Recruit travel RNs, NPs, and allied health clinicians
Work inbound leads + outbound sourcing (LinkedIn, Vivian, job boards, referrals)
Manage pipeline + activity inside CRM/ATS
Build real relationships with clinicians, not just quick placements
✅ You’ll Need
1+ years in Healthcare recruiting experience (hospital or travel strongly preferred)
Agency recruiting or medical sales background
Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn Recruiter, healthcare platforms, outbound hustle)
Ability to juggle multiple candidates and jobs without dropping the ball
