
Sales Consultant - Porsche North Miami

What You’ll Do:
Welcome every client with exceptional hospitality, building personalized relationships and understanding their unique automotive needs
Deliver engaging product presentations that highlight the performance, craftsmanship, and advanced technology of Porsche vehicles
Leverage in‑depth knowledge of the Porsche lineup to match clients with the ideal model
Collaborate with F&I and Sales Managers to structure deals, negotiate terms, and support leasing or purchasing requirements
Coordinate seamless vehicle deliveries, creating a memorable ownership experience
Provide proactive, concierge‑level service that anticipates and exceeds client expectations
Participate in ongoing Porsche and Holman training programs
Foster a culture of collaboration and professionalism across all departments
What We’re Looking For:
Proven success in high‑line automotive sales; Porsche experience strongly preferred
Strong hospitality mindset and commitment to exceptional customer experiences
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Genuine passion for Porsche vehicles and the ability to speak confidently about design, technology, and performance
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Proficiency with CRM systems, dealership software, and MS Office

Pay: We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job‑related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location. This is a commission eligible role, and employees can expect to earn an average monthly pay of $3,000–$10,000 with earning potential based on your personal performance.
