This position plays a vital role in supporting events, membership engagement, and organizational operations that directly contribute to CCA Florida’s mission of marine conservation and advocacy. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment and is passionate about fishing, conservation, and working with people.

Key Responsibilities

Assist Regional Directors with day‑to‑day operations and administrative tasks

Support the Logistics Procurement & Inventory Manager, Regional Directors, and Director of Events and Membership in banquet and event planning, preparation, and execution

Assist with warehouse operations, including organization, inventory, and event materials management

Travel to and support CCA Florida banquets and events, including frequent overnight trips

Help ensure smooth execution of events and maintain a high standard of member and sponsor experience

Qualifications

Previous experience with a non‑profit organization (volunteer or employee) preferred

Knowledge of or involvement with CCA or similar organizations preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

Ability to work outdoors and lift up to 50 lbs

Willingness and ability to travel frequently, including overnight stays

Valid driver’s license and ability to operate company vehicles, including box trucks
