Contract Hybrid in San Rafael campus Tuesdays and Thursdays. The position can be considered remote.

Duties The marketing consultant is a key member of the VOXZOGO marketing team and will contribute to driving growth for the approved indication and/or preparing for entry into new disease areas. The marketing consultant will partner with the marketing team members and support the pull through of key print and digital tactics for HCPs and/or caregivers.

Responsibilities

Work closely with brand team members to develop and roll out promotional materials (e.g., panels, leave‑behind, rep‑triggered emails) to support branded and/or unbranded campaigns

Partner with brand team members to provide operational support for key brand‑related activities including speaker programs, advisory boards, conferences and sales meetings

Work with agency partners and guide the development of key marketing materials

Partner with the team to develop and shape initiatives which could help generate brand demand

Financial stewardship: budgeting, managing the contracting, accrual and reconciliation process, etc.

May require travel to attend various brand‑related events including key conferences, training events, and speaker events; support is provided for hybrid work from San Rafael campus

Required skills and experience

Pharma/biotech in‑house marketing experience

Project management experience

Vendor/agency management experience

Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment

Demonstrated ability to optimize messages and claims in collaboration with the promotional review team (medical, regulatory, legal)

Preferred skills and experience

Experience across multiple therapeutic areas; rare‑disease experience a plus

Prior pharma sales experience a plus
