About the Role We’re looking for a driven, intellectually curious Account Executive to help us bring Solstice to the brands reshaping pharmaceutical marketing. This is a rare opportunity to sell a genuinely transformative product into an industry that is hungry for innovation but has never had a solution like this.

You’ll own the full sales cycle — from prospecting and discovery through demo, negotiation, and close. You’ll work directly alongside our co-founders, Yiwen and Aris, to shape our go-to-market motion, build category awareness, and turn early wins into a repeatable playbook.

What You’ll Be Working On

Own the full sales cycle from first outreach to signed contract across pharma brands and top-tier enterprise clients.

Develop and execute outbound strategies to identify, engage, and qualify new accounts across target verticals.

Run thoughtful, consultative discovery calls that uncover clients’ content bottlenecks, compliance challenges, and production pain points.

Deliver compelling, tailored product demos that translate Solstice’s AI capabilities into concrete value for brand managers, marketing directors, and agency leads.

Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder deals involving marketing, medical, legal, and procurement — and keep momentum moving at every stage.

Partner with our co-founders and early customers to refine messaging, positioning, and pricing as the market evolves.

Build and maintain a healthy, well-documented pipeline and contribute to forecasting and revenue planning.

Serve as the voice of the customer internally — feeding insights from prospects and clients back into product, marketing, and content strategy.

Help lay the foundation for a world-class revenue organization as we scale.

Some Ideal Traits We’re Looking For

3–6 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with a track record of closing mid‑market to enterprise deals — ideally in healthcare, pharma, life sciences, or marketing technology.

Experience navigating long or complex sales cycles with multiple decision‑makers and stakeholders across functions.

Exceptional discovery and listening skills — you ask better questions than most people give answers.

Clear, compelling written and verbal communicator who can translate technical AI capabilities into business outcomes non‑technical buyers immediately understand.

Self‑starter who thrives in ambiguity, builds their own systems, and doesn’t wait to be handed a playbook.

Genuine curiosity about AI and its implications for regulated industries — no technical background required, but intellectual engagement is non‑negotiable.

Familiarity with pharma or healthcare agency workflows — understanding brand teams, MLR review, and the content lifecycle is a strong differentiator.

High integrity. We build trust slowly and protect it fiercely — with our clients and with each other.

Unreal work ethic. Diamonds were not made overnight.

Bonus Points

Experience selling to or within pharmaceutical marketing, medical affairs, or healthcare agency environments.

Familiarity with AI‑assisted content tools, DAM platforms, or marketing automation in regulated spaces.

Prior experience as an early sales hire at a startup — you know what it means to build while you sell.
