What You'll Do
Help customers find the right new and pre-owned vehicles to fit their needs and budget
Greet customers on the lot and in the showroom, build rapport, and guide them through the sales process
Learn and present vehicle features, benefits, and available options in simple, easy-to-understand terms
Offer and conduct test drives following dealership procedures
Complete sales paperwork accurately and follow dealership and regulatory guidelines
Use our CRM and follow-up systems to stay in touch with prospects and customers
Work closely with sales managers, finance, used car, and service teams to deliver a seamless experience
Attend regular sales and product training to continually build your skills
What We're Looking For
No prior automotive or sales experience required - we'll train the right person
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a genuine interest in helping people
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
Good communication skills and willingness to be coached
Basic math skills for payments, pricing, and discounts
Comfortable using computers, mobile devices, and dealership tools
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
Ability to obtain a state sales license (as required)

Ongoing one-on-one coaching from managers and team leads
Regular product, process, and customer experience training sessions
