Mt. Tam Fresh, Inc., based in San Rafael, California and established in 2007, is a distributor of fresh fruits and vegetables primarily throughout Northern California. The company ensures efficient and consistent delivery of high-quality produce to primarily to retailers, wholesalers, and food service companies.

Role Description We are seeking a dedicated Salesperson to join our team in a full-time position. The position is focused on building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and suppliers while identifying sales opportunities and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

Proven skills in relationship building, client management, and customer service.

Experience in sales, business development, and account management.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

Familiarity with market trends in the produce or food distribution industry is a plus.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage client portfolios and sales pipelines.

Self‑motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, but relevant experience will also be considered.
