We’re looking for an
experienced Construction Estimator
to join our team and play a key role in winning new projects.
This role is ideal for someone with a background in residential construction who understands how projects are built, priced, and sold—and wants their performance to directly impact their income.
What You’ll Do:
Review project scopes, plans, and specifications
Perform takeoffs and develop accurate cost estimates
Prepare clear, professional proposals for clients
Communicate with subcontractors and suppliers to gather pricing
Collaborate with ownership and project managers on budgets and schedules
Identify cost risks and value engineering opportunities
Support the sales process during pre-construction
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years’ experience in residential construction, remodeling, or estimating (required)
Strong understanding of how residential projects are built
Ability to read plans and understand scopes of work
Experience with estimating, project coordination, or similar role
Strong attention to detail and organization
Comfortable with spreadsheets and/or estimating software
Reliable, self-motivated, and accountable
Compensation & Growth:
$60K–$80K base salary depending on experience
