What You Will Be Doing The UX/UI Designer will serve as the primary design owner for the Titleist Performance mobile experience, translating brand vision, user needs, and business goals into intuitive, engaging, and high‑impact digital experiences. This hands‑on role partners closely with cross‑functional leaders across the enterprise and the Titleist Brand team to design best‑in‑class user journeys that drive meaningful outcomes. The designer will lead end‑to‑end experience design—from research and concept development through wireframes, prototypes, and developer handoff—while setting standards for UX, accessibility, and scalable design systems. With a strong consumer‑focused mindset, this role blends creative excellence, data‑informed decision making, and modern design tools (including AI‑enabled workflows) to optimize usability, engagement, retention, and conversion. Success in this role requires thoughtful collaboration, design leadership through influence, and a passion for creating elegant, brand‑centric solutions in a fast‑evolving digital ecosystem.

What You Bring Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Visual or Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, Computer Science, or equivalent experience

5+ years of UX design experience with a strong brand or digital background; experience designing mobile applications is highly preferred

Proven ability to design effective user experiences across web, mobile, and tablet platforms

Deep understanding of consumer behavior analytics and user‑research methods to uncover user needs and inform design decisions

Strong collaboration, communication, and team‑centric approach, with experience working in small, agile teams

Comfortable communicating design vision and rationale to stakeholders at all levels

Open to feedback and iteration, with the ability to adapt designs based on consumer insights

Systems‑oriented thinker who considers scalability, consistency, and long‑term product evolution in design decisions

Specialized Knowledge & Skills

Advanced proficiency in Figma, including components, variants, auto‑layout, variables, and design tokens, with a strong eye for detail and scalable design systems

Experience collaborating closely with developers throughout the design lifecycle, including requirements gathering, technical constraints, file handoff, and UAT

Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus

Demonstrated experience conducting user testing and design research, gathering both qualitative and quantitative insights, and translating data into meaningful outcomes

Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and A/B testing methodologies is a plus

Passion for or knowledge of golf, fitness, and/or health is a plus

Pay Range: $83,117.00-$103,714.00
