Core Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage the Personal Training team
Drive all aspects of personal training sales, revenue, and member conversion
Conduct fitness assessments, onboarding sessions, and sales presentations
Hire, onboard, and develop high‑performing trainers
Manage schedules, session bookings, and department operations
Track team performance metrics—sales, session volume, retention, and engagement
Foster an elite culture of professionalism, accountability, and continuous education
Collaborate with leadership to plan and execute major club events and initiatives
Maintain a strong presence on the gym floor to build member relationships and visibility

Requirements
Nationally recognized Personal Training Certification (NASM, ACSM, ACE, ISSA, NSCA, NPTI, etc.) preferred
CPR/AED Certification (current)
Minimum 2 years of personal training experience
Minimum 1 year of supervisory or management experience in fitness or sales
Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
Strong understanding of fitness programming, member engagement, and business operations
Professional appearance, leadership presence, and effective communication skills
Ability to demonstrate exercises and be physically active on the gym floor
